The Southeast Missouri School Counselor Association, is one of twelve regions within the Missouri School Counselor Association (MSCA).

Our region serves school counselors in the following counties:  Butler, Bollinger, Cape Girardeau, Carter, Dunklin, Iron, Madison, Mississippi, New Madrid, Pemiscot, Perry, Reynolds, Ripley, St. Francois, Ste. Genevieve, Scott, Stoddard, Washington, and Wayne.
